Keep talking Julie. I see a lot of myself in you so maybe we will be able to help each other.
What ADs have you been on? Did any of them seem to work? I, too, feel like I have never really gotten over my last big depression. I am much improved on my current med regime, but not where I want to be. That's the main reason I stopped drinking. To see if I could get myself to the next level. How long did your major depression last and what did you do to get out of it? I'm here if you want to talk.
