Here's my mud memory:

I was still living in Finland. My aunt was making mud balls and called them mud pies. She's a little over ten years my senior. I flattened all her balls saying that pies are flat.

Finns often eat hand held flat things that we call pies. Like a meat or potatoe pie.

Well I'm off to join you in a nap. First one up makes coffee, no whiskey for me!
