You say you see the ghost. This may seem silly, but is it someone you see face to face or out of the corner of your eye, where your mind might be filling in the details.
Is it a benevolent presence?
Do you by any chance have an inner voice? Not a hallucination, but an internal voice that directs you or helps your. This is the same phenomenon that Socrates had (yes Socrates) He called it the Daemonium. It was a guiding benevolent voice that helped him makes decisions.
Any experience like this? The voice is obviously part of one's own consciousness. But experienced as somewhat separate.
I have had this experience all my life and considered it so routine that I was surprised several years ago when in discussing this with a friend who is into New Age I found out this was not a common phenomenon.
How are you feeling by the way. The post didn't sound like you were particularly upset nor that Henry was particularly upsetting. I hope not.
