Internet users who can't see the logic that it is
more likely they cannot connect due to their 10 year old 386 (runnig 3.1 or DOS), 14.4 modem, and phone line that hums so bad I cannot hear them than our $45,000 Cisco access servers and fiber optic ATM network being "a piece of s..t"Users that ask you to download the internet onto a floppy, and tell you to make sure it is the current version. And say "Make sure it is the entire internet"
Users that after I have been having them click here and change this, ect , for 5 mins, ask if they should have their computer on.
