I'm presuming that you're in the UK form your name??!! Anyway, most hospitals have an emergency psychiatric service that you can contact - loook int he yellowpages, or even ring directory enquiries and ask for the EPS at your local hospital. All you have to do when you ring them is tell them you think you are going to commit suicide and they will talk you through everything else, so there is no need to worry about being able to do anything. They are generally wonderful and really will help you. Rememebr there is also the Samaritans... I talked over my hospitlisation with them and they were good, and offered to let me go to their office for help.
