How much is too much, and organisation?

Im not sure I even have something specific to say or ask.

Just contemplating my options for the second half of the year & I'm just wondering how much is too much to take on, and how hard it will be to organise myself with different things going on. How do you gauge what will be too much to take on?

I always function better with a full schedule, but I never seem to know where that fine line is.
