Dubya, There's really nothing I can add that Wendy didn't already tell you. I've been in bad head places when I've wanted to die, and you have to do whatever it takes to keep safe. It sounds like a trip to the hospital might not be a bad idea; you can get help with both your feelings and perhaps with medication. But do whatever you have to to get though the night...a friend, the ER, whatever. Life will not always feel like this, you've just lost your perspective right now and someone needs to be with you until you get it back. shelli
