HI Judy,

I am currently seeing a therapist as well as psychiatrist about this. I was just wondering if anyone knew
the physiological basis of the anxiety. I don't know whether to consider it a "panic attack" as it is rarely
acute. Generally, I feel badly all of the time. :(
