The most recent message on our guestbook at
http://www.undoingdepression.com is a negative one and I don't want to arbitrarily delete it for that reason. In the past I have only deleted duplicate messages or those that might be considered triggering.
On the other hand, it has nothing to do with depression and doesn't make much sense to me...but then again, it is about living well--or at least the messenger's idea of living well.
Sheesh. Can any of you tell me what you think about whether I should leave it in or take it off?
