Sometimes I do feel that i don't want to get well simply by virtue of the fact that there are life style changes I could make which could make a difference. I haven't made them, therefore, I must have a self destructive urge to stay depressed.
I would not call it "a self destructive urge".
Change is hard even when there is a reward. It is just human that few will make changes in their life. If change was so easy there would be a lot less people in the world that have issues or hurt.Pat
