I do think my husband has a better sense that I'm dealing with something fairly serious and not easily treated and I think that knowledge on his part will make it a little easier for me to let him know when I am depressed and do need a different kind of help from him. Obviously time will tell. We've been married for a long time (almost 18 years) and it's easy to slip into familiar ways of dealing with one another that aren't helpful. It's pretty much up to me to communicate my needs to him, not something I'm good at at all. Thanks K
