Thats pretty interesting, ive went through a depressive mode in which i studied the "occult", the "divine wisdom", and the Kaballa. It mentions Karma, but this type of metaphoric description you found was really symbolized Karma in a very intersting and comprehensible matter.

I agree with it in that what comes around goes around, but i have noticed many times that good, kind, and generous people get exploited and picked on. (i.e. those nuns who went to help out people in some repressive nation ended up getting shot by the government because of it) Which really doesn't show karma in action. So when will their kindness be repaid? Since it seems that not always is karma repaid in our life time,it kinda seems to lead to more supernatural explaination in order to recieve goodness or badness people have done, like: In their next life(if reincarnation is true)? Or in heaven (if that is true)?

By the way, you have found many interesting quotes etc., how do you come across all these things?
