What about motivation?

I've always had a something on the go, but now I'm content not to plan or do anything, but instead am led kinda by others desires.
If it's the Effexor that has lowered my anxiety level so low that I have no self-motivation, will this go away with time? Or can I get it going on my own somehow, and if so how?
