Hi, Mary. Kind of curious - what exactly is hellerwork? Sounds intriguing. Also, why the uneasiness with a spirituality-based approach to healing? After all, it is your spirit that is depressed. We all have a spirit that longs to be free. Lots of spiritual healers, and I would say most of the good ones, are very down-to-earth. If their heads were in the clouds, so to speak, they wouldn't be offering any real alternatives to healing. Interested in your response.
