My bet is that this is a picture of "Frozen Bob". Having had my connecting flights thru Chicago (in both directions) cancelled due to snow on my trip to Boston, I'd bet the good doctor is freezing his a** off!
Don't worry about missing out on the chocolate dear, I'll score you some of the good stuff and send you a care package!
