I was just reading through some messages I missed when I was getting manic and saw your post of 12/10. What a sweet thing to say, I define so much of myself by my moods that to read that someone sees something positive in me even in depression means a great deal to me. You and Noa were very adept at noticing my mental state, is it that obvious? I'll probably start asking for feedback, I'm much more receptive to people on this forum than my own pdoc or family.
