Dove,

Hi dear, hope you are well!

Tality is a division of it's parent company Cadence. Cadence is listed as #4 on the Fortune 500 list. We have complete financial backing of the parent company so should there be any slow times throughout the year, they will carry us thru. I can assure you that Tality is a safe, solid company and an excellent place to work.

If you like, your hubby can forward his resume to me and I will see that it makes it into the proper hands. A reference never hurts, right? He can either send it to the address at the top of this page or I will e-mail you with my work addy when I get home this afternoon, whichever you prefer.

I hope everyone on your end is healthy and happy!

Greg

My husband may send them his resume, but he really requires a certain amount of job stability. He has worked for companies that are here today with their 401(k) and gone tomorrow without any sorrow. He has worked for companies where little bureaucratic men ran the show through SOP's and annual re-org's. He wants to find a company that offers a future, and doesn't demand job-hopping to get respect or a decent salary. Does Tality fit the bill?
