Avoidance?

OK, I'm sunk so deep into this hole right now that I am not getting things done. I can make lists, and follow through on some of the items, but anything which includes interacting or communicating with others is a problem. Well, I guess I'm the problem, since I'm the one avoiding it like the plague!
I've got to do something about this, but I'm not sure what to do or how to do it. This can't be a unique problem, and someone here has found something to help. Please, share it?
