Will I ever get along with people?

I'm Bi2, and (maybe this is related, maybe not), for as long as I can remember, I've never been good socially. Uncomfortable in social situations, the Bi2 causing people to not know which "me" they'll get on any given day, and it is putting a severe cramp on both my work and social life. The work is getting to a point where I don't even think they want to deal with me anymore.

I don't know what to do anymore.
