Yes, you are right -- sad things have
happened and they have not let up long
enough to recuperate, and for some time
there has not been much reason to expect
improvement; i don't get depressed but
sad because fortunately, i'm on lithium.
Though it's not a Katrina situation, we have
been through an ice storm which was traumatic.
Basically, i tend to anticipate trouble
before it happens but the greater the probability
of it, the greater the worry. In the past
seven years, i'd say many bad things have
happened, both personally, to friends and
neighbours, and in the world-wide
arena.I guess it's human nature, but i wish i
could have a better coping mechanism.thank you for your replies.
