> in divorce court. I've called the Legal Aid service in my area for the third time now and pleaded with them to take my case. I have moved myself and my three young children out of our house and into my parents' house to help my mom with my dad who is not well. I feel happier than I have in years and still can't believe I have made the break. Several friends have told me that I should really try to get a lawyer because of the children and the property. I'm just waiting to hear back from Legal Aid. If they won't take my case I will cash in my life insurance policy to hire an attorney. It's been five days that we've been away from my husband and he has expressed no interest in seeing his children, so I think I've made the right decision - FINALLY! Thanks for all your support!

Good luck on this one Colleen,
