Thanks, GG. I did go there ... clicked on a link and sent an email inquiring about a support group in this area but haven't heard anything back. I did, however, find an interesting message board ... comments made by bi-polars to the effect that they tend to look for nurting and caring people and then destroy the relationships with them!!!! Wow! That is so true - I recognize it in my husband! Even his neuropsych report said he does that! Is that typical of BP? I thought that was Borderline Personality Disorder but no doubt there are elements of both diseases in BP.
