Oh yes, I do feel that way. Even though my mothering skills are fraught with issues right now. My biggest fear is that I am causing my son emotional harm because of my own baggage.

Be that as it may, when he says to me "Mom, I love you so much and I'll never stop", or when he strokes my hair to fall asleep, I forget those issues and the love in my heart rises like a tidel wave.
