EMDR is very healing and life changing, at least it has been for me and I am so glad to see it talked about on PB more now. It is a ton of hard work, takes a lot of bravery to confront those things head on, but what a relief it can eventually be.

Do you find some sessions that you are SO tired, physically and mentally? I sleep a ton after a hard session. I worked with a trauma specialist who actually trains EMDR. My new T (where I live now) wants to do implicit memory stuff with it. It sounds scary to me, and I'm not ready for that yet as I just started with her a month or so ago.

Well I wish you the best of luck. :)
