So what now with benzo use for the millions who us

Too many people all over have used benzos for years and years as was considered one of the safest meds to take. For those who have so many years behind them on benzos and the link to dementia and Alzheimers. What does one do now since it seems from the many articles that the damage is done? Thanks Phillipa
