when therapy doesnt work

i've seen therapist over many years and the only one that i attached myself was dr-moody....where ever you are reading this dr terry moody you where the most best influence in my life ever, i miss you so much, you where the only person who listened to my pain....

he left to germany in 2007....from the clinic i saw him, they said he left the coutry....i was crashed when i heard because i wanted to see him and talk at that time in 2007....heart broken....

but all the other therapists i see, they really just not really do anything...maybe it's me that's not explaining it right to them, i tend to rant....and they all never really seem to intrested in getting me better, the 12 step programs at rehabs, and drug abuse counselors always use the term "you have a problem with drugs" and tend to link all my problems to drugs....see it's not a treatent i need....they press an issue on someone.....

tend to shutoff people and not say anything, and all the emotions bottle up in me and make me do crazy things, read about black magick, asking someone to give me superstregth from a african black magick priest...and let me say, that african voodoo, black magick...it's vary real, there was one time i used it on a situation about ... 8-10 years ago....and what happened after that led me in shock for a year....serious stuff....

well, enough with ranting.....one thing i have to say that works is visualization, you imagine yourself in a situation with your imagination....and do it frequently until the mind believes it's real, i started this technique about couple years ago....and i havee changed, having a charismatic personality when im around people....but sometimes it's fake, plastic smiley face....but if you do this technique enough and believe it will happen, it will...

so here's some tips
1)get calm, or get hyped up, choose... and do soemthing that the mind expands in the imagination, listen to stimulating music, anything to stimulate the imagination to work, or the reverse way....where you go into a trance, hypnosis....and stay in a relaxed state....

2)think about person you wnat to be....imagine an energy coming into you, and it starts to stimulate the spirit....if you want to be a super charged social person, think of a image, a person like any rockstar/tv hosts/upbeat personality....or just custom make it, you personally design the person you want to be.....

3)make this distiction of a smiling person, or a confident, or a easy going person if you suffer from anxiety....start to create this person....imagine being at a pep ralley, concert stadium, with a distinct voice tone, or feeling liek your in the ocean and a relaxed sea captain...think of the slower energy coming out....and feel calmness of it...

4)do it over again in your imagination, and rerember this needs to be programmed into the mind....do it over again....listen to stimulating music that you enjoy...and then think over again this imagination person and feel the energy....then go deeper and believe that you are this person....

5)practice looking in the mirror and change the facial expressions to extreme, learn to make new kind of face changes, learning to raise the eye brows and have a slight smile as a out going person would do.....learn to smile both small for walking around and people see you as upbeat/warm ....to extreme smile as in being in a concert...super smile....this really will change the way people view you, the more you smile, the more you attract others that smile, and people notice you more....serious....

use this energy and a imagintation of this created peraonality, and return anytime to practice it in the mind....similar to hypnosis....suggestion therapy....and when it starts to be stronger....it will have more effect.....

this is one technique some music artists change over time, they see images, the imagination, creation, interpretation period, practice, and then slowly change....

i really hope even if you feel horrible....change with visualization, imagine....
