Nothing more current than 2 years ago for me. But I have had it successfully as a treatment for 3 specific traumatic episodes. The modality had changed from hearing a tone in one ear and then the other, to having my knees lightly tapped, one in each turn.
The results in me have been profound. The therapist knows me well by now, but initially we had 5 sessions or so of just becoming really acquainted with each other and what my traumas were. I was never triggered during a session.
