Magnets?

I purchased a kind of model-type item on Ebay and the seller included these magnets that I really don't have a use for. There are about 20 of them about the size of a watch battery and they're really, really strong. Do they use a similar kind of magnets in TMS therapy? Maybe I could glue them onto a hat or something?

This is getting silly...
