Psychiatrys got me

Im caught in a hole of psychiatry.. my mom wants me to go to hospital again, only to get medicated and have my supplements taken away from me.
Im supposed to go on monday, and i dread it already. I have seen terrible reviews on the internet about it..
How do i get out of this crappy situation?
I need my parents... and i need my parents to get adequate help, so they can help me.
And not send me to a psych ward for the 10th time or whatever.
Can i just refuse to go? I bet i would be taken there by the police. But i cant keep letting people do with me whatever they want. My mom blames me for her problems..
Any advice, support appreciated.
