Followup:
I learned in Overeaters Anonymous (12 step) meetings that, "If I compare my insides (how I see myself) to other peoples outsides (as I see them), I'll lose every time"!!! If I start out from a place of failure and disappointment, surely anyone I use for comparison will LOOK better than I FEEL!!!
