I like Marsha Linehan's framing of BPD as an easy arousal and slow return to baseline. A lot of people find some relief and help with emotional regulation with DBT. I have myself, even though I haven't been able to find a therapist who practices DBT. Her skills manual can also be helpful.

Will you be going to a weekly DBT group?
