Hi Mmealltalk,

Hey I think it's great that you draw, even if your drawings are negative! It helps you to express what's inside, helps you to vent/ know yourself better. What kind of stuff do you draw? What do you draw with?

I actually bring a painting to my therapist every session like a show and tell. I decided to do it, she didn't ask me to. It's really fun, we talk about it. I put symbolic stuff into my paintings to express feelings about therapy.
