thanks for caring.
im doing my best to stay out of the hospital.
i get scared at night. but i must say its way better.i stopped the abilify about two days ago. the anger and urges are still there but NOT NEAR to the intensitiy that they were. so right now i'm blaming the abilify however i knowit is partly me. and whats bubbling inside.
thing is i dont know when i see my pdoc OR t if ever again. pdoc left saying he'd call me todya to see how i was and if i needed to go to the hospital. he never called.
he talked about partial next week but i dont know? he says because of the things i did during last two t sessions that i need to be seen everyday. Thus the partial hospital thing which is during the day. which kinda sucks cuz it ws during the night that i have problems.so i'm hanging in.
man i needed you guys thursday. i actually had to call a suicide crisis line, no offense but it SUCKED! i think she needed to go home.....so of course i promised her i wouldnt, and blah blah, so i went and sat by the ice covered lake and took a couple steps and thought, and thought. and then stepped back. but i was out there a long time and got quite cold for about two days.i should have just wrote to you guys.
the extreme anger is gone but the sadness continues.
