man...i'm really f*d up

i was just looking for some info in an old text and just realized that i txt my T THREE TIMES last night! during my...uh..."distorted state".
some of it wasnt nice....
i feel...Horrible.
god, how do i ever even talk to her again.
she even trusted me with her personal cell number in case of Emergency...and i abused that.
first i basically told her not to contact me. then i ended up emailing her twice yesterday...and then..last night the texting.
God WHAT THE F is WRONG WITH ME?!!!!
i dont think i can ever even face her again.
i feel like a complete psycho.
