Daisym,
One of my core issues I discovered today in therapy is one not feeling like a fraud and two, a biggie, not ever wanting to feel vulnerable. I have separated myself from my feelings so I don't get hurt because of trust issues. Funny thing is my sister is now in my life, she is only 21 months younger, and it is interesting that her issues are so different from mine yet we both grew up in holy terror. My younger sister is more like me. My sister overly trusts, versus me and never trusting.
