Hello allisonfly!
Welcome back!
I'm attached to my pdoc (who is also my T), but it has taken a long time for that to happen, years. I consider her like my second mom. I don't really have a pattern of attaching to therapists.
I do have a pattern of attaching to imaginary things, like my plush doll and to a certain extent that would apply to Dr. Bob as well. I attached to my hamster too.
