Thanks to all of you for the support. I really mean that.

Things are not better. I won't find out more about my brother until Friday. I have a meeting with my boss tomorrow to discuss last week's fiasco "debrief." I have a lot of anger towards my co-worker/former friend that I'm trying to stuff for now, but I have to figure out an outlet for it.

I called one of the therapists on the list my T gave me today. No call back so far. I'm trying not to read anything into that.
