I have never tried online therapy toetapper, but I have always wanted to. I know the feeling of not wanting to dump on a friend or family member this time of year...if there is no one else you feel you can talk to please don't hesitate to post here. I care about what you are going through...and offer my support and care in any way I know how. This can be a difficult time of year. You are not alone.
