I have been seeing my T for a while and I dont see any improvments, I see her once in 2 weeks. At first she was very involved and somewhat warm but as time progressed and I didnt become better, she withdrew and seems to be less interested. I made a few comments indirectly questioning her competence as I do have certain expectations from a highly paid professional. I think it upset her even though she doesnt show it.
I am very disapointed and oddly enough sad for the loss.
I dont see myself trying therapy with someone else as I invested way too much in her .. the whole thing is very upsetting for me.Has anyone been through similar situation?
