Sassy, I am sorry to hear about the challenges that you had to go through.. in a way it makes me feel like I am not alone in my struggle.. it is just so hard, especially when you have to do this alone..
I had a very difficult childhood, I lived in different countries, experienced wars, saw people die, I also was molested and abused. I have alot of anxiety and my last experience left me depressed to a point where I want to end my life
Bay, I had my session yesterday and I did force myself to talk. When I would stop talking, my T would jump in to get the conversation going. She just listens mostly..
We discussed ways and activities that I could do to relieve anxiety .. it is just so hard to get things rolling..
