Today I saw my T and he told me he is really busy with travel and meetings over the next week or so. My work schedule makes me pretty inflexible, so we made an appointment for two and a half weeks from now. This is the first time since he went on vacation last winter that I will go more than a week or ten days between appointments.
Yet I'm not upset. I feel I will be okay without him. Maybe I'm finally growing up. I know he'll be back and, after that long a break, we'll have a lot to talk about. I'll be fine. What a relief to feel that way, finally, after 4-1/2 years.
