I feel exactly as you do. I like my psychologist but I do not feel such a great attachment that I would be devastated if she took a four week vacation. I guess I am a bit jealous of the close bonds that many on this board have formed with their therapists and wonder what is wrong with me - of course I blame myself. But after a horribly bad ending with my former psychologist, I wonder if the new one (at the same clinic) is keeping things more distant. Oh well, at $215.00 per 50 minute hour, I think I SHOULD feel a bit more attached?
