Sometimes I think we can do it for you, TG. And sometimes I think your family will. Other times it might be your angel or nature who reminds you about your authentic self. And sometimes, you will find your therapist lurking inside yourself and she will still do it for you.
The other thought I had is that endings are also new beginnings. You will hold a space in yourself for your therapist but this ending might also create a space for a new connection. I encourage you to be open to new possibilities - watch for what the Universe throws your way.
It is hard to have faith that this will be the case, especially during intense times of grieving. But we'll keep the hope and sing your song.
Of course...it might be off-key...we are, after all, Babblers...:)
