I don't tend to shake, but it hits me in my weakest spot physically - my irritable bowel syndrome. I tend to get spells of running to the bathroom, or my rosacea acts up due to enormous stress and my face gets bright red and blotchy and starts itching like mad..... not a nice feeling.
Sorry about the shaking. My friend has a condition where she shakes a lot with stress and even can't write legibly, so I know it is quite a miserable feeling.
