I seem to want to do that in response to most things though. I just feel so sensitive to like...everything.
sorry christmas is hard for you too.
I think I'll be ok if I can just get through the next couple of days, maybe then I won't feel under pressure and therefore not so overwhelmed.
seems like most things are endurance tests for me. I better sleep now.
