Hi,

I will say I did sit for a long time. I had a son so I would go pick him up and return to my bedroom. My family had alot of sandwiches, cereal and leftovers or made do.

My house was a wreck and often no clean clothes. I finally emerged and do more.

I am still not totally back on my game.

Hang in there. It takes time.
