I care and I don't think you're a bad person. I've been in that place, though, and I hate that you're there now. What I've had to try to do (sometimes unsuccessfully) is create my safe place inside myself. It doesn't always work, but it's better than if I didn't have it.
I hope Babbleland will be safe for you again soon. I'm sorry.
