IME, no matter how many times I tell myself that no diagnosis can capture *me* it still hurts to feel reduced to a code from the DSM. Stupid insurance companies with their need for categories.

I know I haven't responded to you much, but I've read a lot of your posts and can say without a doubt that you're more than the sum of bipolar II and PTSD. I'm not sure if this was your concern, but thought I'd put it out there anyways.
