Thank you both. I'm tired and I'm having a pity party. Seems like when other people have a bad day, they can just talk about it, or get drunk, or even punch a hole in the wall. But, not me. Instead, I spend the night or days in ideation-land. I am sick of it. It's exhausting. I know all the "right" things to do. I do them when I have the energy. It's just tiring sometimes.
I'm safe. Just tired.
