So driving places isn't so much of a problem anymore. I still get nervous on the highway but I'm doing better.
I have trouble doing certain things that bring me happiness. Such as..going out short notice to a festival. or..going to an exercise class. Things that involve other people I guess. I am still trying to understand. I think writing it down helps.
Oh, I know. When it comes to doing things that enrich my life and make it fuller, I back down. I'm so weird. But writing it down and telling you guys helps me I think. I want to change this so it isn't a problem anymore.
